Conditions for Order Cancellation

  • Within 48 Hours & Unshipped: If you submit your cancellation request within 48 hours of placing the order and the items have not yet shipped, the order can be canceled directly.

  • Over 48 Hours or Already Shipped: Orders that have been placed for more than 48 hours or have already been dispatched cannot be canceled directly. In this case, please wait for the shipment to arrive and then contact us to initiate a return and refund. For more details, please review our Return and Refund Policy.

Order Cancellation Process

  • Contact our customer service team by email at solutions@islanoarion.com or by phone at +1 (417) 466-3842 to request an order cancellation. Please provide your order number and proof of payment.
  • Our customer service team will process your request immediately, notify you of the outcome as soon as it is approved, and arrange your refund promptly.

Refund Details

  • Refund Method: Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original bank card account (such as Visa, MasterCard, etc.) used for the purchase.

  • Processing Time: Depending on the processing speed of different banking institutions, we estimate the refund will arrive in your account within 1 to 5 business days. If the refund has not appeared after this period, please reach out to us for assistance.

Cancellation Fees

There are no cancellation fees or handling charges for orders that are successfully canceled within the eligible cancellation window. You will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Order Cancellations Initiated by Us

In rare events such as unexpected inventory shortages or technical payment verification failures, we may need to cancel an order. If this occurs, we will notify you immediately via email or phone and process a full refund to your original payment method right away.
